Shipping & Fulfillment

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada. If you need an item outside of Canada, contact us by email or WhatsApp for a shipping quote.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Standard shipping orders are processed and sent out within 3 to 9 business days. If you select Express shipping, your order will be prioritized and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that dispatch times do not include the postal carrier's transit time.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, we offer free local pickup at our locations in Pickering and Scarborough. Select the local pickup option at checkout, and we will email you the exact address and instructions when your items are ready.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day exchange or store credit policy. You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to request an exchange or store credit. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

Are there any items I cannot return?

Yes. For quality and hygiene reasons, all custom outfits (including custom lehengas), altered outfits, and blouses are strictly final sale.

How do I send an item back for an exchange?

You can process your exchange by mailing the item back to us, or by bringing it to our Pickering location. If you choose to mail it, you will be responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and covering the shipping costs.

Shopping & Appointments

Can I try on clothing before I buy?

Yes, we operate a home showroom in Pickering where you can view and try on our ethnic wear and jewelry. Please contact us to arrange an in-person appointment.
