Refund policy

Exchanges:

We want you to love your purchase. We offer a 14-day hassle-free exchange or store credit policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange or store credit. Please note that we do not offer refunds; all eligible returns are for exchange or store credit only.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-Exchangeable Items (Final Sale):

For quality and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged and are considered final sale:

  • Custom outfits (including custom lehengas)

  • Any altered outfits

  • Blouses

How to Initiate an Exchange You can complete an exchange in two ways:

    1. In-Person: Exchanges can be processed at our Pickering location. Please contact us to arrange an appointment.

    2. By Mail: You can mail your item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and covering all associated return shipping costs.
